MARK KIRKLAND

Managing Director, AMP Capital Shopping Centres

Mark oversees a team of more than 300 people responsible for the centre management, asset, property and development management, leasing and marketing across the Australian and New Zealand portfolio. Mark brings 26 years of major project experience in the property sector, with 23 years focused on retail.

Before joining AMP Capital in late 2012 as Head of Development for the shopping centre business, Mark worked in both Australia and the UK in a variety of roles encompassing construction, project management and development management functions, including a number of key positions with Lend Lease, GPT and Stockland. Before joining AMP Capital, Mark was Regional Development Manager for Stockland, with responsibility for a number of major projects such as Merrylands ($400 million) and Shellharbour ($330 million).  Mark was appointed to the role of Managing Director in January 2017.

JUSTINE HUGHES

Head of Retail Management, Shopping Centres

Justine Hughes is the Head of Retail Management for AMP Capital Shopping Centres, responsible for leading the team delivering operational excellence across AMP Capital’s clients’ Australian and New Zealand shopping centre portfolio.

With property management and operational leasing disciplines reporting to her, Justine’s roles encompasses full end-to-end accountability for all aspects of short term asset performance as well as lease administration and tenancy design and delivery.

Joining AMP Capital in 2017, Justine was previously General Manager, Retail at Mirvac where she held a broad remit across leasing, operations, marketing, tenancy delivery and lease administration in leading a 130 strong team managing a portfolio of 16 centres around Australia.

Justine brings an extensive 20 year career in property to her role with experience in centre management, development, asset and fund management gained in roles for a number of real estate companies including James Fielding Funds Management, Lend Lease, Schroders Australia and AMP Henderson Global Investors. 

Con Brakatselos

Head of Retail Investment Management and Strategy

Con is responsible for the strategic growth of our domestic and global business platforms. Con oversees all acquisition, multi-asset and joint venture opportunities across asset and fund platforms, development pipeline feasibilities and all research activity supporting key investment decisions for growing the Australian and Asian business. Con has more than 24 years of retail experience in both listed and wholesale funds and asset management operations in Australia and Asia.

Belinda Daly

Head of Shopping Centre Marketing

Belinda brings 16 years’ experience in the shopping centre industry to her role, leading the team focused on delivering marketing strategies to drive retail sales, traffic and brand leadership. Joining AMP Capital in 2008, Belinda has held a number of roles including a multi-channel marketing role, before her appointment as Head of Shopping Centre Marketing in 2012. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Belinda worked in shopping centre marketing for leading property companies including Lend Lease, Walker Corporation and Stockland where she managed the marketing function across a number of development projects.

Greg Antoniadis

Head of Development

Greg is a senior property executive with more than 26 years’ experience in end-to-end delivery of commercially successful landmarks and international and domestic developments. Greg joined AMP Capital in 2016 and leads the team responsible for the master planning, inception, conversion and delivery of retail developments. Greg has held senior executive roles at Lend Lease in Australia, the UK and Spain, CapitaLand and Places Victoria. Greg has also been a Board Member of the Urban Land Institute and a guest lecturer at the University of Melbourne.

Richard Walters

General Manager – Operational Leasing

Richard Walters  is responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of the leasing function across the AMP Capital Shopping Centre Portfolio.

Richard has 20 years’ experience in the retail property industry having previously held key industry positions in Australia and the UK focused on delivering leasing outcomes in operational and development environments. He has lead teams of executives to optimise both the retail offer and rental income across all types of retail property including regional shopping centres and leading major centre redevelopments.

In the 15 years prior to joining AMP Capital Shopping Centres Richard has held positions with Woolworths as the National Property Manager for BIGW, with GPT as the National Leasing Manager - Retail, and with Westfield as a Regional Leasing Manager,

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) in Estate Management from Northumbria University (UK) and has been a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) for 18 years.

LISA HURLEY

People and Culture Business Partner

Lisa works with the Property leadership team in all aspects of people-related matters, including talent development, diversity, inclusion, organisational design, and performance and reward. Lisa has 10 years’ experience in human resources, sales and business management, and has been with the AMP Group for five years. She has held a number of roles within People and Culture, in Recruitment, Organisational Development, and Business Partnership. Lisa has previously supported the AMP Capital Global Distribution, Infrastructure Debt, Finance and Legal divisions in a business partnering capacity.

HELEN BAKEWELL

Strategic Research Manager

Helen Bakewell is the Strategic Research Manager for AMP Capital Shopping Centres, responsible for the managing and delivering of economic, social and customer research for all retail assets under management.

A senior property market research executive with over 25 years of experience in the retail, residential and shopping centre industries, Helen is recognized as a leading expert on how Australian’s spend billions each year shopping.

Helen has broad corporate experience and founded a SME in 2002 which was recognized in the BRW Start Up Company list of 2006. The company was taken to a successful sale in 2011. AMP Capital Shopping Centres was a client of Helen’s company Directional Insights from 2002, and after the sale of the company Helen joined AMP Capital Shopping Centres in 2013.

Prior to founding Directional Insights Helen had spent 9 years at Lend Lease Retail establishing and managing their research department. Helen also had prior roles at Raine and Horne Commercial and Jones Lang LaSalle as a Property Valuer.

SANDRA LIVINGSTONE

General Manager, Property Management Australia

Sandra Livingstone is General Manager, Property Management for the Australian shopping centre assets of AMP Capital’s clients, responsible for leading the team delivering investment returns through operational excellence.  She was previously Asset General Manager for Pacific Fair on Queensland’s Gold Coast and prior to that, Macquarie Centre, Sydney. Prior to commencing in these newly created roles Sandra was Divisional Property Manager responsible for the asset management of retail assets within the New Zealand portfolio and selected NSW properties including Macquarie Centre.

Joining AMP Capital in 2003, Sandra brings 25 years of professional experience in property management to her role, across a range of property disciplines including centre management, leasing and development in both Australia and New Zealand, gained in roles with Centro Properties and Colonial Property Management.

JYOTHI RENGAN

Head of Finance and Analysis – Shopping Centres

Jyothi is Head of Finance and Analysis – Shopping Centres responsible for providing financial and analytical support to property, asset management and leadership teams and to our internal and external stakeholders. With 17 years’ experience in management accounting, reporting and analysis across different industries, Jyothi has been with AMP Capital Real Estate for over 10 years.  She has held a number of leadership roles within Real estate finance team specialising in shopping centres. Jyothi holds a degree in Commerce and is a qualified member of CPA Australia.
